CONDITIONS FOR DOING BUSINESS IN BINH TAY MARKET

1.    Stalls:

In the market heart (area of the ground floor and upstairs): used area from 2.46 m² to 12 m², the stall use right allocated from 1992 until 12/2012.

Stall price: in the sales relationships at the market, stall value is ranged from tens of million to more than 400 millions depending on it’s convenient position.

The area of Tran Binh – Le Tan Ke: used area of stalls is identical 2,25m².

ç      The contract for using business site is allocated for a 3 year term ( 2007 – 2009 ), the stall rental is paid at once.

ç      The lowest leasing price 12 million dong/stall, The highest leasing price is 40 million dong/stall ( leasing term is 36 months).

ç      Issue business site leasing contract, pay sa a 6-month security, pay monthly rental in accordance with the price approved by People’s Committee of the District.

ç      Monthly average leasing price is from 350.000 dong/stall/month to 1.100.000 dong/stall/month.

2.    Business Registration:

According to the Decreee No.: 88/2006/NĐ-CP of the Prime Minister issued on 29/8/2006 stipulating Business Registration and the Cicular No.: 03/2006/TT-BKH issued on 19/10/2006 guilding certain contents on documents, order, procedures of business registration under the Decree No.: 88/2006/NĐ-CP of the government issued on 29/8/2006. Every citizen, who has their stall ownership, business site use contract or business site leasing contract, has right to make a registration for their business at the market.
